Parents must be aware that places will be filled on a first come first served basis

Full payment per child secures your child’s place.

Cancellation fee up to 3 weeks equates to giving up 50 % of fee, cancellation fee up to 2 weeks before start date is 80% of the total cost of the camp, cancellation under 2 weeks full camp fee is non refundable. Deposits are non refundable.

Fee reductions can only be applied to bookings on a per sibling unit base

Outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to attending the camp

All camps are nut free - due to allergies

On dropping all adults must sign in their child.

A Parent/guardian must sign application form and agree to terms & conditions in order for their child to be able to attend.

All medical conditions must be clearly stated on the application form.

Children must bring a packed lunch and sun cream each day.

Please arrange no more than 5 minutes before a camp is due to start. In the event of a late collection a charge of 5 euro will apply per 15 minutes.

Children will not be taken in to the camp before start times and must be collected at end times. Any of our employees are not responsible for children outside of these times.

We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the children

We reserve the right to cancel part of/or the entire programme if we do not have numbers to run the camp/program. A full refund will be issued.

Mobile Phones are not permitted in camp.

Photographs and video footage may be taken and used for promotional reasons. If you do not wish images of your child to be used by us. Please inform us when booking

You give us permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident or sickness

Information of activities is given in good faith. All arrangements and activities are subject to change depending on weather condition, programme schedule and other arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly in the event of unanticipated situations.

We reserve the right to remove any child that is disruptive from the camp due to misbehaviour or whose behaviour puts themselves or others at risk without a refund

Our programmes adheres to the best safety expectations and procedures.

Breach of our Terms and Conditions may result in cancellation of the booking.
